Judd Orthodontics is Hiring an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Near Mesa, AZ
Our team is looking for an orthodontic treatment coordinator with at least 1 year experience in sales or dental/orthodontic experience. We are looking for someone who thrives on interacting with others and has excellent communication skills; x-ray certification is a plus. Job requirements include:
- Gather patient information
- Coordinate treatment plans
- Prepare and present financial plans
- Verify insurance benefits
- Submit insurance claims and follow up on payments
- Patient contact and follow up
- Collaborate with doctor and patients
- Schedule patient appointments
- Assist in front office duties, including greeting patients
Our office has two locations, one in Mesa and one in Queen Creek. Candidates must be able to travel with out team to both locations every week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
